Photolithography
Photolithography, also known as optical lithography, is a process used in microelectronics fabrication to pattern certain parts of a thin film or the bulk of a substrate with a photo-mask. It is a nanometer scale process that requires rigid contaminants control for particles and metal ions. Cobetter provides electronic-grade filters with ultra-low extractables to achieve contaminant control and improve efficiency for the photolithography process |
