PP MembranePolypropylene membrane cbt.jpg

Polypropylene (PP) membranes are depth filtration membranes that are physically and chemically stable, pressure resistant, and commonly used for clarification filtration.

Cobetter's PP membranes are available in a range of pore sizes with high porosity, high dirt holding capacity, and autoclaving. Cobetter is able to offer polypropylene nanofiber membranes with extremely high retention rates for customer filtration requirements.

For customers' filtration requirements, Cobetter offers polypropylene nanofiber membranes with extremely high retention rates, which feature Ultra-high retention efficiency, no fiber releasing and long service life. In addition, Cobetter offers a wide range of polypropylene films in different sizes to meet the needs of customers in different industries.

The main types of filters are:
1. high retention nanofiber
2. multi-layer nanofiber gradient pore size for viscous materials.

· Meets the definition of "no fiber release" filters as defined in FDA 21 CFR 210.3 (b) (6). Standard
· in-line steam sterilization at 125 °C for 30 min, up to 20 cycles
· Special dual layer Gradient construction with near-absolute filtration accuracy, resulting in 99.98% retention efficiency
· Graduated pore size membranes available. greatly improved dirt resistance, suitable for high suspended particles, colloidal substances, high viscosity liquid filtration
· wide range of chemical compatibility. pH1-14, temperature resistant to 80°C
