Cobetter AdvanLife Filter Cartridges feature a singlelayer
asymmetric hydrophilic polyethersulpone membrane. They are designed for filtration of aqueous liquids, including dye-based ink jet inks. It's membrane is characterized by high dirt holding capacity, high flow rate, high efficiency and longer life time.
The optimization of ink filtration process has always been a major problem. Agglomerates, by-product and large size pigment particles are main impurities which need to be solved. According to the impurity type in the ink, different filter materials and filter products are provided in order to get a better ink performance. Besides, the filter membrane materials independently developed by Cobetter make all this easier to achieve. In addition, there are capsule products for selection for an easier operation.
For regular dye-based ink, AdvanLife Filter Cartridges can be used as final filter for effective particle removal. However,for some special inks that need high-speed printing, such as, active dye inks and acid dye inks, AdvanLife Filter Cartridges are recommend as a pre-filter prior to using Duredunty Filter Cartridges; thus, increasing the service life of Duredunty Filter Cartridges.
