Flow cytometer is a device for automatic sorting and quantitative analysis of individual cells or other biological particles. The internal structure of FCM consists of four parts: flow system, optical system, detection system, analysis system.
Influence of Air Bubble
After removing solid impurities by sheath filter, the sheath will flow to the interior reservoir by pressurizing the internal liquid storage tank. Bubbles in the liquid system are easy to mix with it under the pressure. If ignored, bubbles will follow the sheath and the sample into the flow chamber of the flow cytometer. These bubbles will change the sample flow as well as affecting the instrument and test results.
Therefore, assembling Cobetter gas exchanger at the liquid node before sheath enters the flow cell can effectively meet the requirements of de-bubbling, so as to improve detection accuracy of the flow cytometer.
