Cobetter DIP Series Capsule Filters have been widely used in digital ink jet printers applications, such as CIJ printers, ceramic printers, textile printers, and wide format digital printers. They contain specially designed INK-PP media that provides longer lifetime, higher precision, and no fiber releasing.
 This unique capsule ensures the cleanliness of the entire tubing system and eliminates secondary pollutions. This provides a high level of printhead protection in ink jet applications. Various connections types meet all your needs for your ink tubing system.

Correct media selection for different printers can impact filter performance characteristic such as pressure loss,gel retention and service life. The DIP filter offers four high-performance Cobetter media to meet your digital printing filtration requirements:INK-PP, INK-PPC, INK-PPJ, INKPS.

Multiple Connector Options

DIP series capsule is available with all kinds of connector conligurations,such as, 1/4” hose barb, 1/4”NPT, 1/4” Jaco, 1/4” Jaco in 90°elbow.

High Pressure Endurance & Excellent Durability

DIP Capsule has a round-corner design which can withstand 20bar pressure. In addition, the capsule can withstand over 10,000 times impulsion. This satislies the demanding requirements for high pressure ink tubing systems such as CIJ printers.

Compact Filter Capsule Design

A compact form to minimize internal ink volume and waste, and an anti-roll design to reduce ink spillage. Vent port is also designed for easy venting, thus promising filtration area is being fully used.

UV-resistant Housing Design

UV-resistant housing material-black color DIP capsule is special designed for protection from UV light.

Thermal &Spin Welding Technology

No adhesive resins and ensure capsule filter excellent pressure endurance.

Flow Rate Characteristics

High Precision

High precision, multiple nano-flber construction, providing over 99.8% removal efficiency, recommend for regular dye-based inks and most pigment-based inks .

Longer Lifetime

8 layers nano-fiber construction, enhanced filtration area, ideal for filtration of high solids containing inks such as ceramic inks for ceramic printers. Particles can be gradually removed, lifetime is extended while maintaining same removal efficiency.

Low Differential Pressure & High Flow Rate

INK-PPJ Series is particularly suitable for CIJ printers which provides low differential pressure and high flow rate to ensure smooth flow.

Super High Filtration Efficiency

Specially designed for textile printers. PP pre-layer+PES membrane offers 100% removal effiency and provides high level of printhead protection.
